Youth Activism Zine Published
The YAG Collective Zine is a collectively made zine created by 15 participants in the Maine Youth Activism Gathering. Since 2000 Maine youth have been converging annually for a three day celebration of political action, fierce youth brilliance and do-it-yourself fun. The Youth Activism Gathering (YAG) is an event organized for and by teens and young adults with support and suggestions from a few choice older activists.BMC's INK Youth Zine Project provided support for publishing this year's YAG zine. The cover is a collage of images made by participants, and the inside pages are total youth brilliance!
The YAG zine was printed locally at Northeast Reprographics in Bangor.

Wow I did not know about YAG. Glad to see that young people in Bangor are interested in politics and try to make a difference in there government!
